IS SIDEKICK DRY WATERPROOF?
Yes, when the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure is fully closed - which means it's free of any debris or obstructions - your SideKick Dry Gear Case is 100% waterproof. Any obstruction or debris in the path of the magnetic closure will compromise its waterproof performance.
Always engage the hook and loop closure as an additional line of defense.
You can help your SideKick Dry continue to perform at its best by storing it completely clean and entirely free of debris and/or obstructions.
TO WHAT PRODUCTS WILL I BE ABLE TO ATTACH SIDEKICK DRY?
The SideKick Dry will fit on all YETI products that have the HitchPoint™ Grid.
CAN I ATTACH SIDEKICK DRY TO MY BELT?
Yes. The SideKick Dry has two pass-through slots on the back, through which you can thread a belt up to 2-inches in width.
WHAT MATERIAL IS SIDEKICK DRY MADE OUT OF?
The SideKick Dry is made out of our tough-as-nails DryHide Shell, a waterproof material that is resistant to puncture and UV Rays. In addition, the SideKick Dry uses powerful magnets and hook-and-loop material for a fully waterproof closure.
HOW DO I CLEAN THE SIDEKICK DRY?
To clean, use a mixture of mild dish soap and water - use a cloth or a soft-bristle brush for stubborn dirt and grime. Rinse with fresh water, then dry the inside thoroughly before closing and storing.
WHAT IS RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYDAY CARE OF THE SIDEKICK DRY?
Make sure the hook-and-loop material and the HydroShield™ Magnetic Closure are free of dirt and debris for maximum performance and life. Your gear case should be completely dry before storing.
DOES SIDEKICK DRY USE MAGNETS?
Yes. SideKick Dry uses magnets to create a watertight seal, and must remain completely clear of debris or any other obstruction to ensure a waterproof seal.
Please note: Magnets may interfere with the operation of pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators.
HOW BIG IS THE SIDEKICK DRY?
The SideKick Dry measures approximately 11 3/4" x 7 1/8" x 3 1/4".
